First Time Buyers

Buying your first home can be an exciting and a daunting experience. At The Mortgage Brain our advisers will talk you through the application process and the different government schemes available to you. You will also be assigned your own dedicated mortgage administrator who will keep you up to date at every step of the application process through to completion.

So if you are planning to buy a house with your partner the maximum bonus you can receive would be £6,000.
