Onsite assistance for opening weekends

Advisers can be present at special events and where a high turnout is expected offering the opportunity for your clients to have a face-to-face appointment with a Mortgage Adviser.

Site visits

Sites will be regularly visited to offer support and training and to discuss any service issues that may have arisen. We will aim to do this every 4 weeks and more regularly if required.

Sales Manager visits

Sales Manager meetings to be carried out monthly between management teams to discuss service and performance. Review of reports.

Sales Director visits

Director level meetings to be carried out quarterly to discuss service & performance.

Qualification and appointments
Initial qualification based on lender/Help to Buy affordability and criteria.
Decision in principle when appropriate documentation received.
Clients to be given the choice of appointment method (face to face, telephone or zoom).

Our Service Agreement to your customers
We provide a portal where developers can get live data on all site prospects and reservations.
Contact with clients will be made within a timely manner of receipt of lead and feedback reported back to you. Where the client is unavailable, a message will be left, the site updated immediately and at least two further attempts made to contact them within 48 hours. If unsuccessful in contacting client at this point, the adviser will contact the site to explain the situation and agree next steps within no more than 48 hours of receipt of the lead.
Once contact is made with the client, we will immediately do an initial qualification with the client and report to site whether the client is eligible for funding.
The next stage will be to do a decision in principle once the appropriate documentation from the client has been received.
Once the client has reserved, the Adviser will endeavour to complete an appointment quickly and submit the mortgage application within a further 24 hours subject to receipt of all necessary documentation from the client.
The client will be allocated a dedicated Mortgage Administrator who will assist the client during the application process. Regular updates will be given to the client during the process. The regularity and method of updates will be agreed with the customer at the point of application.
We manage the process through to offer and exchange in the shortest possible time frame.
