The final date for applications for the current English Help to Buy scheme is 15th December 2020. From the 16th December 2020, applications for the new scheme starting in April will be open.
This may mean that a new wave of activity and interest starts to appear in the new build sector from buyers who didn’t want the rush of completing the sale before the deadline for the current scheme.
