Leaf Living launch build-to-rent platform in UK

Specialist provider for professionally managed new-build rental housing, Leaf Living, has launched in the UK. The move provides a build-to-rent platform for developing and operating rental houses nationwide.

The business’ portfolio will mainly consist of single-family new build rental properties in a bid to help meet demand for good quality flexible family housing options. All properties under this scheme will be built with the latest sustainability standards as they aim to have a minimum EPC B rating.
