Across the country, derelict sites will be used as the locations for new homes under the Brownfield Land Release Fund (BLRF). This flagship government scheme is designed to regenerate brownfield land, boost local communities and help people get onto the property ladder.
A further allocation of £11 million was announced on November 30th from the BLRF to support 23 developments across the nation. These projects will help to transform disused land into new communities with new infrastructure and roads to be built alongside the new homes.
