New research from Warwick Estates suggests that new builds in rural areas are on the rise to match the increase in demand. With increasingly fewer jobs requiring employees to attend offices in the city, more and more buyers are looking to the more picturesque rural areas to call home. This could be temporary – but with flexible working looking likely to become a lot more common, it is likely this trend will continue in the long term.
