More UK new build properties than ever before now have the ability to access full fibre, ultrafast and superfast broadband.
Research conducted by thinkbroadband shows that the percentage of new builds able to access these types of broadband has increased from 2019, building on the steady increase each year from 2017.
The percentage of new builds with access to superfast broadband has reached an all-time high of 97.6%, with 88.5% able to access ultrafast broadband, and 87.3% able to access full fibre broadband,
the fastest currently available on the market. The table below shows how these percentages have changed over the past three years.
