Mark has been in the Mortgage Lending Community for over 20 years arranging mortgages for his clients. Currently based in Cardiff, Mark has worked for some of the largest and well known brokerages in both London and the South West of England arranging loans for High Net worth clients on both London and Country Properties.
Mark is able to assist with Vanilla Mortgages for all clients however he specialises in the Specialist Lending Sector, arranging loans with Private Banks and Boutique Lenders for loans over £1,000,000 in size.
He also specialises in Buy to Let for both Portfolio and non portfolio clients in both Personal and Company Names. Development Funding for property developers, Bridging Loans and Self-Build Mortgages can also be sourced.
Mark has worked for The Mortgage Brain since 2018 and gives consistent and sound advice. Outside of work Mark enjoys spending time with his 3 children, cycling and walking and supporting his local football team.
