About Matthew
Matt started his working career in another industry, which was heavily focused on delivering outstanding customer service. This has helped him to build what he says is he his biggest strength.
Matt moved into the mortgage/new build industry in 2016, with the focus to continue building on his customer relation skills. This time in the industry has supported to grow his knowledge of lender criteria and quirks.
As part of joining The Mortgage Brain, Matt plans to continue delivering outstanding and personalised customer service to all clients that he interacts with. With a background of over 15 years in delivering excellent customer service, he prides himself on the service he delivers to all clients.
Outside of the work place, Matt is an avid follower of football as well as enjoys socialising with friends and family over a nice glass of wine!
