James has over 20 years of experience in financial services, having worked with leading institutions such as NatWest and Leeds Building Society. Throughout his career, he has held key roles including Business Development Manager and Corporate Account Manager, earning multiple industry awards for his contributions. With extensive experience in supporting brokers, marketing, and events, James has worked closely with The Mortgage Brain, helping to enhance services and strengthen industry partnerships. In his current role, he is responsible for managing relationships with key developer partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service that supports their customers throughout the mortgage process.

Kirstie David

Mortgage Specialist

Kirstie first started working in the Financial Services Industry in 1997. Over the years she has worked for a number of high street banks providing Mortgage, Insurance & Full Financial Planning advice until more recently specialising in Mortgages and Mortgage Protection. She is passionate about customer service and loves getting her teeth in to something that doesn’t seem easy at the outset. In her spare time she likes to spend time with her family and looking after her alpacas.

Karrie Abbott

Sales Manager - Vistry Group

Karrie began her career as Cabin Crew before making a successful transition into estate agency. She later moved into the new-build housing sector and has recently celebrated five years with the Vistry Group. Now based at the Haldon Reach development in Exeter, Karrie is a consistently top-performing member of the team, recognised for her professionalism, market knowledge, and commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience.
