Lee comes with a blend of experience having worked for large national companies, whilst also being integral in several start ups during his career. Business Development has always been a passion and skill set that Lee transferred across many specialisms with New Build now his focus.

Lee takes great pride being open and transparent. This honest and candid approach helps Lee build solid foundations and last relationships with clients and customers. In his spare time Lee likes to spend time at Centre Parcs with his family, watch his beloved Nottingham Forest or play Tennis & Golf. Raising money for charity is also a big part of his life, having completed two London Marathons and Walked across burning coals and glass.

Crystal has worked as a Mortgage & Protection adviser for over 5 years, advising her clients on the best Mortgage & Protection products for their needs, whilst also striving to achieve the best customer service along the way. Crystal prides herself on building lasting relationships with her clients, to ensure they receive the highest level of support and the best advice that meets their needs.

In her spare time, she enjoys going on hikes with her Labrador Riley, and going to the gym.
