Enzo Mora
Enzo Mora - Director

Enzo has worked within in the Financial Services Industry since he was 20, starting out as a District Agent for Prudential. After many years offering financial advice, Enzo decided to specialise in Mortgage Advice.
With his extensive knowledge, experience and the passion for offering exceptional customer service, the next logical step was to set up his own Mortgage Brokering firm and so, in 2001 The Mortgage Brain was founded.
Enzo drives the business forward on a daily basis, the hard work and positive attitude provided by his team enables The Mortgage Brain to offer mortgage advice service which clients can trust and rely upon time and time again.
His other passion is Tennis, having played all his life, and having supported his daughter who has played nationally since the age of 6 and internationally from the age of 13, she is now off to America for 4 years giving him time to play more. Greatest tennis achievement was being at the men's Wimbledon final to see Andy Murray win the title 2013.
Michelle Weir
Michelle Weir - Office Manager
Michelle has been with The Mortgage Brain for over 10 years, starting out in an administrative role. Over that period of time, through her dedication and experience, this has led to her becoming Office Manager.
Taking an active role within her admin team, she is able to keep in touch with ongoing cases, ensuring the smooth application process from start to finish. As well as managing the administration team, she also oversees payroll, provides invaluable support to Enzo Mora, Director and is working towards a Human Resource role.
Michelle's passion resonates through her team, her aim being, to provide the administration team with the tools and knowledge to provide a second to none service to all clients.
Being a mum to 4, she also helps her husband run his martial arts gym, any spare time is spent with precious family and friends.

As an experienced development manager my role is to support and build upon the existing builder/broker partnership. My role varies from training and development of staff, ensuring quality measures and procedures are met, seeking additional market share and looking to take on new opportunities to expand the portfolio of The Mortgage Brain. As a specialist within the New Build market I believe I am best placed to help grow and strengthen relations and continue to represent a company that has built its reputation on outstanding service every time.
As a mother to 2 girls under 6 most of my spare time is spent at various farms, parties, clubs etc so when I do get chance, I like nothing more than to binge a boxset.

Chris started working in the financial services industry in 2001 . He worked in the banking sector dealing with loan protection insurance and ended his time there as a Team Leader when taking a year out to travel and play rugby in New Zealand.
He has worked as a mortgage and protection advisor for 12 years and is committed to delivering the best customer service. He proudly received the highest customer satisfaction scores in the UK over a two and a half year period when working for a high street bank and will use his experience and knowledge to do all he can to get your application through to completion.
Chris can help you with both residential and buy to let mortgages and will help protect you if the worst were to happen against life, serious illness, income and family protection.
When not working, Chris enjoys spending time with his young family and tries to stay fit.

Away from work Pete enjoys teaching his daughter tennis and playing guitar.

Tom also provides detailed knowledge of the insurance market including Life Cover, Income Protection, Critical Illness cover, and Family protection needs.

Ann has now joined the strong team of mortgage advisers, with her mortgage and insurance administration background this is a great compliment to her new position.

Rob has worked in the mortgage industry since 2001 starting out with Barclays Bank. Over the course of his career he has gained considerable experience in helping a wide variety of clients with different circumstances.
During his time in the financial services industry Rob has worked in various mortgage and protection roles and prides himself in exceeding his clients' expectations.
Rob can assist first time buyers, home movers or those looking to re-mortgage. He is approachable and ensures his clients receive the benefit of his knowledge and expertise in the mortgage and protection sector. He works closely with all the parties in the conveyancing process including solicitors, lenders, developers and agents in addition to his clients. All this results in a smooth transaction for everyone involved.
When Rob is not in work he enjoys spending time with his young family and the odd game of football.

Louis has joined The Mortgage Brain after working in financial services over the last 4 years within investment and felt a need for a change of career within the financial sector. Louis is also working towards a degree with combined social sciences and has just recently passed his economics modules with a 2:1 and intends to start progressing toward industry qualifications after graduation in 2020.

Elle has joined The Mortgage Brain in a new role as Sales Co-ordinator after relocating from Devon. Organised, proactive and highly professional Elle is excited to be working for a company with ambitious growth plans.
Elle is currently finishing her APM Project Management Apprenticeship, after her apprenticeship Elle would like to progress her career with The Mortgage Brain and work towards industry related qualifications.

James Langley

James has previously worked as a mortgage underwriter for 2 and a half years, as well as working in account management and insurance.
Enjoying working in the mortgage industry, James is looking to progress his career by obtaining his CeMap qualification.
When James is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, and is a massive Liverpool fan.

Laura joins The Mortgage Brain having already worked in Financial Services for four and a half years in IFA administration, and now wishes to pursue working towards her CeMAP.
Chloe Organ

Chloe has joined The Mortgage Brain as an Insurance Administrator Apprentice. She qualified as a Beautician after leaving school but has since decided on a career change.
After her apprenticeship Chloe would like to progress her career with The Mortgage Brain and work towards industry related qualifications.

Having worked for 18 years' in financial services, firstly in life and pensions, then mortgages. Sarah provides a wealth of experience and having gained her Financial Planning Certificate, her contribution makes her a valued member of the administration team.

Gemma Porter

We welcome Gemma into the Mortgage Administration Department, having already worked in the financial services for several years she will be working towards her CeMAP qualification in the near future.
Before joining The Mortgage Brain, Gemma also trained as a personal trainer and class instructor. She still teaches spin and circuits, as well as training herself with a specific interest in Powerlifting.
Laura Rowswell

Laura has recently joined The Mortgage Brain after working in the Insurance Industry for 7 years . While working in Insurance she was able to develop excellent rapport with clients and believes outstanding customer service is a key element in any client focused business . During her time in insurance she completed her CII . Laura now wants to focus on becoming fully CeMAP qualified.
Prior to Working with Insurance, Laura , worked in the Equine Industry focusing on Polo and Dressage. Laura completed a degree in Equine Science and completed two published research papers including one where she worked as an intern at Bermuda’s Biological Aquarium which helped her develop excellent research skills and a keen eye to detail .
When Laura is not working, she enjoys baking, cooking and hiking with her family as well as going to the gym and doing Body Combat and Weight Training.
Bromley Taylor

Bromley Taylor has joined The Mortgage Brain as Mortgage Administrator Apprentice, joining us straight from VI form.
Bromley competes in kickboxing and has competed in many places, such as the USA and Ireland. In five years of training kickboxing she has gained four world championships and many other titles, as well as being a first Dan Black Belt and due to achieve her second this year.
After completing her apprenticeship, Bromley aims to work towards becoming fully CeMAP qualified.

After spending circa 7 years in the Catering and Hospitality as a manager, Joe now wants to pursue a career in mortgage and insurance, working towards industry related qualifications to emulate the role and responsibilities in a new environment.

Tom joined the Mortgage Brain as a Mortgage Administration Apprentice after completing his time at Sixth Form. He is looking to kick start his career in the financial sector with the Mortgage Brain and after his apprenticeship, he hopes to achieve many more Industry related qualifications.
Tom loves playing football and has played for Cheltenham Town and Forest Green as well as representing Gloucestershire at a county level. He's also a big Chelsea fan!

Martin has worked with The Mortgage Brain for the last 13 years, providing resources help and guidance delivered by Douglas Martin Associates Ltd (DMA). Martin who is the Director of DMA, is an enthusiastic and highly motivated Compliance & Training professional, who comes from a background of sales training. With over 33 years' experience, gained in all sectors of the financial services industry he has a good working knowledge of the FCA Regulations and T&C Requirements.
The Mortgage Brain recognise the importance and the challenges that adhering to FCA compliance can bring. Therefore, we work very closely with Martin to ensure we not only meet but exceed our regulatory requirements, to the benefit of all our clients. Martin supports our staff, management and advisers to identify their needs, providing clear guidance and produce the required results.
Outside work, Martins time is split between walking his golden retriever Dylan, ongoing projects around the house and garden which keep him fit and, his real passion of riding motorbikes.
Steve Kettlety
Steve Kettlety - Compliance Manager
Steve has worked with The Mortgage Brain for the last 12 months, providing a valuable service regarding ongoing monitoring of the mortgage applications submitted to lenders by our Mortgage Advisers.
Previous to this he worked for Lloyds Banking Group (following their takeover of Cheltenham & Gloucester Building Society) for over 38 years. With a keen eye for detail and vast experience in the mortgage field, Steve enables us to be able to demonstrate responsible lending.
The Mortgage Brain works closely with its Compliance Department to ensure that robust working practices/controls are in place to fully protect our clients, and that our staff provide an excellent service to clients.
Steve's main interests outside of work are watching live entertainment, ranging from numerous sports, concerts and theatre shows, together with travel.
