Ally is Head of Protection and a confident, straight-talking leader with a strong background in corporate management and operations. Before moving into financial services, she spent several years as an Operations Manager, building a solid foundation in leadership, people management, and delivering results.
She later transitioned into a successful career as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser, where she became known for her honest advice, exceptional service, and client first approach. Values she now brings into her leadership role.
With extensive experience across, business, management, purchases, remortgages, and protection, Ally understands the full client journey and champions the importance of protection as a key part of it.
A strong character both professionally and personally, Ally is married and kept busy with her children and energetic Border Collie. A proud country girl at heart, she loves the outdoors, long walks, and adventure—having travelled to every continent.
