Emma brings 12 years of experience across the Insurance and Defence Industries, working across a variety of roles from managing high performing sales teams to International Engagement and Planning for the Global Combat Air Programme for the MOD. Emma has built a customer first culture with a strong focus on team development, empowerment and engagement.
Known for her energy, strategic thinking, and people-first approach, Emma is all about building strong relationships and motivated teams driving performance in a way that feels supportive. Whether she’s mentoring, streamlining processes or launching new initiatives, she loves facilitating positive change and evidencing success.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, travelling, and is a big advocate for mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.
