About Ian
Ian has been in financial services since 1991 and during that period has held a number of positions including that of an Independent Financial Adviser and mortgage adviser, both tied and whole of market. Ian started his journey at The Mortgage Brain as a new build Mortgage Specialist back in December 2016 before stepping away to look after his client base. Ian joined the management team in July 2024 and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to support his team and the management team too in order to drive the same exceptional standards that he did when advising.
When Ian isn’t working he enjoys spending time with his wife, children, grandchildren, dogs and cats. Ian also enjoys playing hockey which he has done so for the same club for 44 years and has held a number of positions during his time as giving back to the sport he loves is important to him.
