About Martin
Martin has worked with The Mortgage Brain for the last 13 years, providing resources help and guidance delivered by Douglas Martin Associates Ltd (DMA). Martin who is the Director of DMA, is an enthusiastic and highly motivated Compliance & Training professional, who comes from a background of sales training. With over 33 years’ experience, gained in all sectors of the financial services industry he has a good working knowledge of the FCA Regulations and T&C Requirements.
The Mortgage Brain recognise the importance and the challenges that adhering to FCA compliance can bring. Therefore, we work very closely with Martin to ensure we not only meet but exceed our regulatory requirements, to the benefit of all our clients. Martin supports our staff, management and advisers to identify their needs, providing clear guidance and produce the required results.
Outside work, Martins time is split between walking his golden retriever Dylan, ongoing projects around the house and garden which keep him fit and, his real passion of riding motorbikes.
