Natasha is a dedicated member of The Mortgage Brain, she has progressed from a Mortgage Administrator to a Sales Analyst during her time here. Natasha hopes to acquire new skills in her new role and become CeMAP qualified as part of her journey. Natasha is efficient, has a high attention to detail and excellent customer service skills to help provide our clients and partners with the best service possible.

Natasha will be working alongside Frankie to provide invaluable support to the Management Team through the analysis of data and reporting across important areas of the business. Natasha will also be assisting Frankie with daily tasks and allocating new business enquiries to the relevant Advisor so that we can find the right solutions for our customer’s needs.

When not working, Natasha likes to spend quality time with her husband and children. Seeing family, friends and making the most of this time.

Really helpful throughout the process of buying our first home. We had no problems and all went smoothly. We also arranged some insurances through them but felt that this part has been less smooth for some of these and we are still waiting for some of these to be sorted.
