About Ruy
Ruy started in Financial Services 3 years ago, originally started within estate agency where he had built a wealth of knowledge around Residential mortgages for both Home Movers and First Time buyers. Eventually going onto advise a lot on Buy-To-Let transactions for both individuals and Limited Company purchases.
In Recent months Ruy has worked a lot with New Build, using Help-To-Buy and shared ownership schemes, and is able to ask any questions you may have regarding these schemes and others like it.
Ruy originally comes from a Film Industry background where he had worked on Feature films, TV Drama’s and TV commercials. His whole family are still working within the industry and Ruy still has a great interest in the technicalities of films and TV Series and what goes on behind the scenes.
Ruy enjoys spending time with family and loved ones, his main hobbies are travelling, going to the gym, as well as entertaining friends and family.
