In his current role, he is responsible for managing relationships with key developer partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service that supports their customers throughout the mortgage process.

Tom Black has joined The Mortgage Brain specialising in new build sector and primarily works with Help to Buy arranging mortgages for first time buyers and home movers.

With over 3 years’ experience as a qualified advisor Tom also has experience dealing with investment Buy to let, LTD company BTL and remortgages.

Tom also provides detailed knowledge of the insurance market including Life Cover, Income Protection, Critical Illness cover, and Family protection needs.
