Lee has worked in property for over 15 years, most recently a Valuer across Nottinghamshire. Lee comes with a blend of experience having worked for large national companies, whilst also being integral in several start ups during his career. Business Development has always been a passion and skill set that Lee transferred across many specialisms with New Build now his focus.

Lee takes great pride being open and transparent. This honest and candid approach helps Lee build solid foundations and last relationships with clients and customers. In his spare time Lee likes to spend time at Centre Parcs with his family, watch his beloved Nottingham Forest or play Tennis & Golf. Raising money for charity is also a big part of his life, having completed two London Marathons and Walked across burning coals and glass.

Alison Cathcart

Mortgage Broker

Alison has been working within the financial sector for over 35 years in both banks and building societies. For the last 9 years, she has advised on both mortgages and protection and specialises in the new build sector. Alison also has experience in Buy to Let’s and remortgages.

She is passionate about the customer experience and looks to provide exceptional customer service throughout the client’s journey.

In her spare time, Alison likes to socialise with friends and spend time with her pampered pooch.
