Lee has worked in property for over 15 years, most recently a Valuer across Nottinghamshire. Lee comes with a blend of experience having worked for large national companies, whilst also being integral in several start ups during his career. Business Development has always been a passion and skill set that Lee transferred across many specialisms with New Build now his focus.

Lee takes great pride being open and transparent. This honest and candid approach helps Lee build solid foundations and last relationships with clients and customers. In his spare time Lee likes to spend time at Centre Parcs with his family, watch his beloved Nottingham Forest or play Tennis & Golf. Raising money for charity is also a big part of his life, having completed two London Marathons and Walked across burning coals and glass.

Phillip Wakeling-Smith

Since joining the financial services industry over 8 years ago, Athena has enjoyed a career in providing both financial and mortgage advice. Whilst priding herself on being friendly and approachable, Athena enjoys being able to take all the stress away from her customers, whether they be purchasing their first home, moving home or looking to review their mortgage options.

Outside of work, you will find Athena in the gym, with her dog Hugo, or supporting her beloved team, Leeds United.

Kayleigh Simms

I have over 10 years of experience in the new homes industry, beginning my career as a Trainee Sales Advisor in Yorkshire. I progressed to the role of Sales Manager before relocating to the North West.

In 2023, I joined Bloor Homes, where I have the pleasure of managing a team of outstanding Sales Advisors across developments from Congleton to Preston. I genuinely love my role and take pride in helping my team deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing a fantastic product.
Last year, I purchased my own new build home, giving me the opportunity to experience the customer journey firsthand. It was invaluable to see the process from the purchaser’s perspective, and I’ve thoroughly enjoyed moving into a home that needed nothing more than furniture and personal touches.

Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending time on holidays, as well as making the most of my garden whenever I can.
